The mod adds a small personal nuclear shelter at the top of the Washington Monument. This is a work in progress mod but it is fully functional and playable. The mod is at 80 % of completion so download anyway. Just needs some fixing and its done. The location is discovered for fast travel. Full descrition inside. Enjoy

AvaloN is a Dwemer mechanical lighthouse located way up in the northern frozen seas close to Winterhold and the Mages College. It is also equiped with everything an adventurer , warrior , hunter , mage would possibly need so that makes it perfect for Everyone.
