About this mod
This is an update of the original file, needs a few minor fixes here and there and i am currently working to finish it. The main reason i uploaded this is feedback, download it if you like it and please dont forget to write your thoughts. The mod adds a nuclear shelter in Washington Monument, fast travel included. STORY:
I was born in the year 2277. My birthplace was not what someone would call ordinary. I was born in a Vault. One of the few actually that remained closed and never meant to open. My childhood was worse. My mother died on an operating table and my father was obsessed with a ridiculous dream.. Pure water. And then one day i woke up by the sirens. A radroach infestation and my father gone. So much for safety.. Now i had to leave the safety of the Vault and go after him to find out why he ruined my life. As i stepped outside for the first time in my short life, all i could see was destruction and emptyness. Ruined buildings everywhere, debris and dead trees. Dust and radiation, and not a single place to rest and sleep. Then i came across the town of Megaton. Finally a safe place to call home. Something though wasnt right. After being razed inside a cozy Vault i wanted something safer to call home. Leaving Megaton towards the D.C ruins i was horrified. Ghouls and Mutations, Deathclaws, Raiders and all kind of twisted creatures, all wanting to kill me. This was not a place for a normal person to live. Days later i came across the Washington Monument.. What a sight. I instantly thought, now thats a safe place to live. Taking the elevator up and the top, i found a small trapdoor on the ground and inside was a small maintenance room.. Perfect. After days and days searching the Wasteland for something usefull i came across an old warehouse and happily found all kinds of things from ammunition to furniture all in great condition. That was it. Many trips later i managed to finish my new home. Cozy and safe, that was my base of operation from now on. Untill i gather as much weapons and ammo i can find, this is my place. Where my new life will begin and eventually end.

Skynet is a tiny nuclear shelter at the top of the Washington Monument, at the heart of the DC Ruins. Its position was chosen mainly for safety. It is consisted of one 1x1 room which has all the supplies someone may need to survive from books to medification and ammunition to food. It provides food, shelter, a place to rest and store your valuables inside the various trunks. It has a radio and jukebox for all your musical needs, a fridge for those cold Nuka Colas, your preferable booze and noodles, ammo boxes, a safe for your most valuable posetions, a cupboard and suitcase to preserve your clothes and finally two beds, an armchair and some decorations for your relaxation after a hard day. It also provides a Pristine Nuka Cola Vending Machine to chill those tasty Nukas you may have. Again as i said before this is a BETA. I am working the past week for completion. So patience it will be ready in a few days. The mod is playable though so download if you like and please dont forget to comment and endorse i need the feedback. One more thing there are not light sources installed since i am experimenting with animated light switches, so you might have to use your PIP BOY light in there. Does the job nicely .

and the starting point to make this happen.
INSTALLATION:
Simply extract the ESP by using WinZip or a similar program to the folder you have installed the game ( for most people, Programm Files/Fallout 3/Data and open the Game Launcher go to DATA and basically click ( activate ) the Skynet ESP on the list .
