This was a WIP during the time. Going to update it and make it better. Yea its cheap but is it worth the 25k for skingrad's +2k for all the pieces when you can just buy this cheap house and have everything almost.

This looks like a nice concept. Instead of putting the portals to dfferent places in the IC. It may be neat to place them near the guild fences, or to houses belonging to other thieve guild members through out IC. Just a thought.

I do have four different IC Shack mods in my folders already. The thing is, it all comes down to preferences. That's what mods are about: giving us choices so we can play our game as we see fit! Of the others I have downloaded, one is way out there in not fitting the area... one is major exotic, and one is too bare bones. The fourth one is ok but not enough storage. This one looks like it might fill my needs. I just have to try it out.

As far as having things in it that a 'poor shack' shouldn't have. IMHO it makes an excellent 'hideaway' spot and makes sense that the owner might add on access points and goodies as they became more wealthy. IE: a cat burglar who amassed her/his fortune and wanted an "office' near the source of income! Let's remember we all have different needs and desires in our game and if you don' t like one mod.. head out and find another that you do like! Just my opinion of course LOL..

Blackjack, I have no idea if it works with that mod? I have never downloaded that mod before.
