This mod makes the Shack for sale in the Waterfront District better. I cleaned it up a bit and made a basement for the house.
- - -V3.0 - - - Note: picture of the top floor, i just used console to get in, didn't buy the house yet.
Redid the basement, made it look better, added more chest " non respawing, crates and barrels do ", items, and misc around the place. Also added on a fighting room from the basement. other than that i keep it a bit empty for idk what you want.
