I have some ideas for a next version if you woult like to know: - Summoned creatures and NPC teleport with you. If you have a creature/NPC following you is it better that it teleports with you, or els it will stay at the place you teleport from. - You're horse stables outside of Frostcrag Spire. - I've you are indoors like a house or cave the spell must not work. Or you could teleport for instance from the jail, and that's makes it to easy. Or if you're deep in a dungeon/oblivion its to easy to get away. - You can't teleport if you're fighting. speek's for it self. You dont want to ruin the gamplay - I dont know what 'Badkat' problem is because I haven't tried it with the Shivering Isles (yet), but I don't see the reason why you need to teleport back to Cyrodiil maybe say you can't teleport from the Shivering Isles (Sheogorath's plane).
One problem is that it doesn't recognize a return from the Shivering Isles, so the "I HAVE NO GREETING" bug pops up. I used the "setPlayerInSEWorld 0" command to fix.
Didn't work. I picked up the stone and nothing happened, no spells,no item in inventory nothing. I'm using unofficial patch (which is a must) and nothing else that touches the frostcrag spire.

You have to use the item in inventory. Once you do that it goes away and you have a permanent ability.
