Perfect, I always hung out in Skringrad when i was bored but hated how depressing it was. I guess you can't blame them though considering their count is a vampire. ">
To anyone who visits this... this upload is very much out of date. Please download the latest version, which is available here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16513 along with every other Better City, translated into English, and greatly improved upon since the original German versions were released.
This mod is really nice but the music in the houses and the unenterable houses annoys me a bit. There are also too many rocks that dont need to be in the city.
I think that the screenshots look gorgeous. I think though I'll wait for the next version to download it. But I definitely want to use this mod. Anyway, good job, and I hope that it's a work in progress.
Once again, I make some points about it. Already mentioned are the NPC pathing problems, also:
*Non-enterable houses (this bugs me, might not bug you I dunno)
*New houses that are enterable are set as 'Dungeon' interiors so that creepy dungeon music plays when you are inside. Doesn't feel right.
*New houses doesn't mean new NPC's or anything added to the city. Purely cosmetic.
* 'Area' designations. I don't think the city is really big enough to have more than two or three sections with names, but there are a number of them in this version.
I'm not just saying this because I have my own skingrad mods ">
YES - the most complete makeover in Oblivion Ive seen .... cant wait for the other cities ..... But also yes - NPC paths are leading them into odd places

I actually do like it, just these things ruin it.
