I would've assumed the following quote from the description of this mod would've made it clear no editing or redistribution of the mod is allowed: "This is an as is mod & NOT a resource. You cannot alter the textures and then redistribute them. "
Looking at the structure of this mod I'd say you can, but first you need to modify it a little. Download it somewhere else, unzip, leave just the Textures folder - either delete the rest, or create a Docs (or similar) folder and move the extra files there. Then zip Textures folder again (you can zip Textures and Docs together if you have created the latter), and move this package back to WB Installers. Now WB will see it properly (the package won't be grayed out).

Does this mod make characters look like different people (completely redesigns NPC faces), or does it just "tweak" them, so for example countess "blah blahfington", will STILL look distinctively like Countess Blah Blahfington, but just a less ugly more refined version of her?
Basically I guess what Im trying to say is, if this mod makes characters faces look completely different, then I dont need it, but if it just improves them, then I'll take it!
