Thanks Saraane, that mod was created for someone who wanted an ultra modern look.
I think that practice stand is a chrome textured "dummy" that is supposed to represent a piece of modern sculpture. How it got to the center of the cabin, I don't know. It should be next to the fireplace.
The problem with the blackout seems to be related to the nVidia video cards. There is a fix. I think do a search for nvidia on this site. I do have an nVidia card but have not experienced that problem.
The problem with havoc items flying about when one opens a save game from an interior is, I think, well known. I never save a game in an interior. I think what may happens is the game engine is overwhelmed in placing the objects in real time.
I won't be making changes as this mod is very old now and I have not been modding for Oblivion for some time.
Note: This house conflicts with Tobes House since both modify same place. Well, you can use both houses at once, but it looks somewhat funny..... Other than that, it's nice house.
I saw that lake while running from a bunch of enemies and saw how nice it was. Thank you for this. Now I can just pray no Oblivion Gates open nearby and ruin it all with storms and monsters.
I found Rolands place but I cant find any other cabins. I looked all over the game map and couldnt find any cabins that werent there before and certainly none with an IKEA theme.

Thank you, Blassreiter4, I do check back so I can manage my mods here, but most of my modding now is for Fallout New Vegas.
