The view from a comfortable seat on your expansive patio is divine. Looking across the lake to a forest and beyond to majestic snow capped mountain peaks is mesmerizing, particularly with fine wine, cheese, bread, and fruit nearby for refreshment.

Stevbuik wanted something more modern along the lines of IKEA. I thought the obstacles to such a venture were impossible to overcome, however I also decided to explore the possibility and accepted the challenge.

I would need unobstructed textured plaster ceilings, unobstructed painted walls, and modern flooring, to pull this off. Well I gottem. In addition, there is now a table lamp and ceiling lights.

Many of the textures are directly from IKEA. The drapes, the carpets, and some of the cushions are directly imported from IKEA. The futons are close imitations. The seating area is "cracked together" from two tables, (IKEA people are innovative) and my cushions. The furnishings are deigned to closely emulate the IKEA "look". You have modern art on the walls and a modern sculpture near the fireplace titled "Chromemagnon Man".

The wall art in the sleeping area is a bit more sensual.

The interior is "open plan" as are many modern efficiency type apartments, and thoroughly modern. The only thing it lacks is a TV, and I could have hacked one together, but decided not.

Vacation Cabin has lots of discrete storage and shelf space, and will easily accommodate four. Pathing inside and out is companion friendly...and it's a great place to swim, vacation, and relax.

I stumbled across this little lake in one of the quests involving the neighbor, Roland Jenseric, and have wanted a cabin there ever since. A travel marker will take you to the patio.

I’ve also left a water breathing amulet for you on the kitchen counter so you can enjoy swimming in the lake.

To Install:

Drag the “Vacation Cabin” esp to the Oblivion Data folder and drop.

Find the Oblivion Meshes folder. Open my meshes folder and drag the jrm folder to that folder and drop.

Find the Oblivion Textures folder. Open my textures folder and drag the GP folder and the jrm folder to that folder and drop.

If you have any of my previous mods you will be asked to overwrite…it should be safe to say, yes to all.

To uninstall any of my mods, simply remove the esp from the data folder.
