   I like the idea of the bath house, just why did you replace it, it just gets rid of the main story.

   It is a good set. However I believe the upper body is HGEC Fighter body. I can't mix any of my other regular HGEC clothes (Like arm bands and such on the upperbody) without the body clipping through them since it's not using the regular HGEC upper body.

   on my game the npcs cant get through the door way and they keep walking into the step outside the door not sure what is wrong

   I use the bloody mess mod and need to take a bath (swim)
   to get clean.
   
   But the IC already got the small canel around outside palace district. I can even clean up in the sewer... (YUCK!)

   Also there is alot of colision with NPC's like agarmir and thoronir and city guards

   Its not 100% compatible with Better Cities, since both mods affect the area. If you load this mod after Better Cities, you end up with the Arboretum in a different worldspace than the rest of IC. If you attempt to put it into the same worldspace, you end up with the weird floating glitch, since the heightmap from Better Cities doesnt match the Arboretum architecture in this mod.

   What about Let the People Drink? that mod adds a water fountain where this is located.

   problems with guards really screwed up the bathhouse, reloaded a couple times same problems. The problems was in both versions.

    Love this mod, it would be even more awesome to see a small section of it that would allow the player to submerge in the water so that Bathing mods would trigger this as a real bath. The mods don't know how to tell that you're wading and they only work if you're actually swimming. That would complete the mod, for sure!
