I have to add a problem with better cities Skingrad. First, I was able to enter Skringrad as usual, but after a few fights between Ninja and Samurai I am not able to enter Skingrad any more.
After deactivating your mod, I can enter Skingrad again.
Update: this is the 14 meg file, i'm uploading the full version as we speak. these versions will now only be updated when i make new textures. in future look for the esp only version for up to the minute updates.
For samurais, one thing may interest you: the were totally obedient to their masters, so youy may have samurais serving evil masters, and thus doing evil actions, that could give some quest ideas...
May I suggest you check the Legend of the Five Rings RPG, which is set in medieval Japan, it may give you some ideas for quests and lore...
