Obmm is garbage today, was great back in the first days. Wrye Bash is not garbage, but is required for great mod compatibility and to maintain changes from different mods into your final setup! Without it, one would need lots of patch files, and patch files on top of other patch files.
Btw, this mod is a texture replacer, it does not require an ESP. And it works great and conflict-free, even in 2024!
Heyo, i have this mod plus T&F2 and D&F mods + updates and the Better Cities mod. theres (at least one loocation that ive seen, with) some floating trees + flora. im thinking since Better Cities changed the terrain a bit i think its that mod doing it. but im gonna put this in both mod pages. https://imgur.com/a/bkdLIQr
I don't get how to install this one. As there is no .esp file, the new textures just lie in the data folder, but the game doesn't load them. Same for other mods without an .esp file.
These look amazing but i have a dumb question lol do the improved trees and flora mods work with the doors and flora mod? also i know it says to drag them to the main files but would it be better to use wrye?
for some reason cat tails in the shivering isles, half of them are purple. not all. tried re downloading and re installing, nada. When i delete the two cattail files the whole thing just turns purple. what do
following the bevilex guide and installed this - It crashes my game CTD and I have a high end system now as well. So I cant comment on the quality or otherwise of this Mod.
I did that. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled everything and same happened again. I found using the Bevilex ini files helped for some strange reason. I put this down to the Bugseda engine doing its usual crap on the players.
I wantto offer a HUGE "thank you" for this wonderful mod. It makes everything look so much better (those Rhodies!).
This mod works as it is meant to, and since it is textures only, it is compatible with mods that make changes to meshes and/or other aspects of the game (I am generalizing, but ordinarily this would be true). I did not encounter any problems, bugs nor glitches of any kind.
Touches like these are important to me when I play. It isn't a huge, game-altering mod, but the changes it makes to the flora are such an improvement I don't want to run my game without it. As my Vurts' mods for Morrowind and Skyrim, this mod is now essential in my game.
So...many, MANY thanks, Mikal33 (miknmel1). Your mods add so much to my game, and I really appreciate this and all the other wonderful mods you have done.

2) the mod is from 2008, so it suggests manual installation....just use Wrye Bash
