This is a simple retexture of the default "bloodshot" dark elf eyes. The new texture clears up the the whites of the eyes.

This mod is for people who do not like the bloodshot look of the originals.

To install the plugin, unzip the files into the "Bethesda/Oblivion/Data" directory.

Note: All of my eye mods are compatible.
