Download the mod, unpack it somewhere outside the Oblivion Data folder, delete whatever you don't like, leave just the stuff you want, from there you can: - repack only the wanted files using 7zip (or zip, or rar) (without changing the folder structure - that is textures must still be in Data/Textures, meshes must be in Data/Meshes) /this method will let you uninstall to a previous version/overwrite/modify these textures with no hassle if you use Wrye Bash/ - or simply copy the files you want to the corresponding folders in your Oblivion/Data folder. /but they'll irrevocably ovewrite all other files with the same name/
