    Hi,Im very new to house mods, and was wondering how I get the stone Fences.. I looked for hours, with no luck.. please help

    When I first visit the Arrius Estate my companion was with me, but not both us was near the front entrance only me.

    Perhaps the first visit should be outside the main gate, but without the map marker added when you active this mod. May I suggest for possible quest that you should have a journal update, as soon you try to open the main gate. A simple quest could be for the key to main gate. Maybe put the key in a dead dog in near pond.

    On the top floor I notice some sacks, these should be removed and clean the path grid around the masters desk. I was forced to use the 'tcl'-command through the console to even sit in the chair. I agree with Narnja about the unique quest items though. However I've a idea for a replacement for those items, put the 'Skull Crusher' there instead.

    I now this 'Skull Crusher' belongs to Morrowind, but it could fun if it turns up here in Cyrodiil. These orginal enchantments it has could one them change to reflect damage and keep the feather effect. The orginal constant effect was the 'Fortify Attack' and 'Feather', I'm not sure if both of them have 15 pts though. Also add a daedric helmet in the same chest with the rest of daedric armour.

    The bottom floor looks nice too me.

    I can't open the gates. Possibly get rid of the gate in future versions?

    Although I would do it, that is not the reason I make homes. Simply the reason that there are so many brilliant made homes that have servants, companions, and guards, but in reality to guard what? Me? Your Character? Our characters seemingly are about 1000X better than some guard, there is no reason for me to add guards, as for servants, I want homes for my character to get away, and not deal with the troubles of the world around them.

    If want servants and guards, I would suggest going to Top 150 Mods, look for the building's there, and im sure that you will find what you are looking for. Many modders takes hours and hours to make them so that the community will enjoy them.

    I have not had time to get back to this mod. I will upload a new version with the gates fixed in about 10 mintues. Please excuse the lack of time. The gate simply has the Arcane Universtiy Script for it. Meaning this home was made for mages, so I take it you are not one. In any case by 11:40 PST May7 2006 it will beupdated.

    Ok.. been a few days, so I suppose my best option is to either give up or 'disable' the gates. Since I don't know a thing about CS or any 'tools' except OBMM... I'll probably just console delete it and hope for no problems from that action. :<

    I like this house a lot, but those gates are not movable. I get a message, whether I am inside them or outside them, saying 'these gates won't move" or something similar and it has a little button on the message gump that says 'done' that I click to close the gump.

    I looked all over the house to see if there was a key .. the gate doesn't ask for a key though.. just refuses to open. Any ideas?
