Simple mods are normally underrated, but its the little things that can change the experience the most. Always felt that there was little benefit to the risk of sneaking then landing a sneak attack. in terms of fighting 1-3 sometimes 3-6 mobs this really lets to thin the herd if you can land some useful sneak attacks ">

This mod certainly leveled the playing field on the most challenging difficulty. Doesn't take away anything from the overall gameplay experience.
