eamico, I think it might be because she's a Dremora—they naturally hate all other races. Could also be the author didn't change her disposition to be higher towards the player.

It seems you can talk her into upgrading her equipment, but OP didn't add a readme so I found out through the CS.
She uses an Imperial female voice, but doesn't talk back to you.
If this at least had a link the forum the request was made it'd be easier to figure out what it does.
