@XGhost_213, the ReadMe mentions the Lanterns because that mod also sells items at the Copious Coinpurse. If the Lantern mod is active and loaded after TOTW, the Lantern mod's items will be available in the Copious Coinpurse, but not the TOTW deed. From your experience, it may be that the T.I.E. mod also had items for sale at the Copious Coinpurse. I'm sorry for the late reply, but glad you got it sorted out.
While this looks very nice, the broken pathing through the property would be considered a bug despite your justification for it, and the "too rich" furniture noted by another user breaks immersion. Also, providing a house for free that is nicer than the two previously cheapest houses in the game which are not free, is somewhat unbalanced. If you could replace the furniture with something more appropriate, fix the pathing, and add a more substantial requirement to obtain the house (murdering an NPC should negatively impact the reputation of a "good" PC), such as a quest or outright purchase (perhaps more expensive than the IC waterfront shack but less expensive than that same shack plus upgrades), this would be a worthwhile download. As is, I can't rate it. A lot of work went in, but it just doesn't "fit" the game.
I was going to add this in the comment section but it kept wanting me to log in and then wouldn’t let me... lol Anyway I just wanted to say that I have had this mod since the first time it was uploaded and it has gotten better every time with each revision. I just got the 2.2 and I really like it a lot. I was experiencing the ctd that you mentioned sometimes, and so far I have not. One thing that might be nice to have in the yard are some critters walking around, maybe a ram and two sheep would be alright. But that’s not necessary. Great mod... my favorite house east of Skingrad for sure.. lol
This is one of my favourite houses, but the fps rate in the basement is terrible, both before and after the fight. The fps rate upstairs is perfectly fine.
I've been using the old one of this for a couple months now and must say it's a great little house. I have several now, but this one is a favorite and I still go back to use it now and then. Nice to see it updated. ">
