Does it conflict (at least physically) with the Mr_silkis Elven Ships mod? (theres a dock that looks to be in the same area as the walkway up to the castle, I'll try to see if there's a conflict when I get off work).
I like the house, but there's a few things that I would like to suggest.
1. A sort of teleportation spell to get to the enterance. I know the run up the hill is pretty and all, but it's also long. With other houses that have a faster way to transport to them, I ask myself if I really want to take the time to go there just to store my things. In the end, I just go to a faster place.
2. The servants and guards seem disconnected. All you can really do is ask them for rumors. If you own this palace, maybe they should act like it. I'm not asking for much, just a little bit more homely touch. Otherwise it looks like a bunch of hoboes that are mooching off of you. As the owner of a fancy palace, you dont really want that do you?
If you don't mind, I would like to either help or ask permission to make some fixes of my own. I can see that if I started working on it I'd help with the two points that I pointed out. Also I may work on a few sparring npc's and trainers to help you with your skills. Maybe add some equips in the armory and stuff to help out. I love the whole "ayeleid" theme to this place though. Visually, it's a great mod. Interactively, not really. That's what I want to improve. The interactiveness of your home.

I can only gripe over the size of this palace ( a wee bit small to be considered a palace? Perhaps a few more luxury rooms such as bathrooms and such are in order?) and the fact that when I sit on the chair behind the desk in the penthouse, I stand up, then I fall through the floor... to hit the ground and not be able to fast travel = TCL gets a bit irritating after a while...
I think that often, display cases are overdone. So, this file gets a rating of 8.5 to 9 in my opinion. You're not the only one who overdoes display rooms.
I have a prob, when i go to buy tha place from the dude , it doesnt have an option to buy it ... any help would be good cos after readin all the "hype" about ya mod, MAN!! i wanna live in it! ">
Flawless 10/10. I went to the top of the highest tower, with quality on ultra high and my jaw dropped. The layout is amazing. I'm in love with this palace.
