Ice Blade of the Monarch for Oblivion v1.02
================================
The Ice Blade of the Monarch is truly one of Tamriel's most prized artifacts. Legend has it that the Evil Archmage Almion Celmo enchanted the claymore of a great warrior with the soul of a Frost Monarch, a stronger form of the more common Frost Atronach. The warrior, Thurgnarr Assi, was to play a part in the assassination of a great king in a far off land, and become the new leader. The assassination failed and the Archmage was imprisoned. The Ice Blade freezes all who feel its blade. The Blade circulates from owner to owner, never settling in one place for long.
And it appears Soulus Aram is just such the owner of this Blade, fortunately he guards it well, but not well enough for the creatures in the Aleyid ruin of Fanacasecul (Right outside the Imperial City). So now there he lays, the great Solus Aram, and it's your job to be the next owner of this magnificent blade, if you so chose.
Warning: This is a tough fight designed to be leveled with the sword. If you can't kill umbra with some help you can't get this sword. Don't worry it will always be there for you to acquire later. It's up to you wether you wish to face this fight. You could just stare at the pretty screen shots. :)

Update v1.02

Verson 1.02 includes a more satisfying boss encounter. Not more difficult in the least, but many tweaks were made, in addition to removing some bugs, and making the boss far more Unique.

Update v1.03

Version 1.03 includes a glow map, and enchanced normal map texture, which is more effective for low end users, who cannot set their textures to "Large".

Due to an unforeseen (and as of yet uncorrectable) bug in the Oblivion engine, ONLY enable this mod after your first level up. Otherwise you may experience, random NPC's falling from the Sky, or the blade being added to your inventory at random.
