thx to mattmartin609, a mod that works similar like this mod was released. go check it out here: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/4303?tab=post
I don't think so. Champ who made this banger of a mod (beancounter) has made one (1) mod and then left NexusMods for 17 years. I hope he sees the support for his work and comes back - but I think it's safer to bet on either SirTurdle who took over Jaxonz' "Jaxonz Positioner Converter Remastered" for skyrim, or SkyrimThiago who made the "Object Manipulation Overhaul" for Skyrim - seing as they were active as late as last year. Also, the source code for both those mods are available on their NexusMods pages for their respective mods - and maybe there might be some retrofitting that could potentially be made to make that work in Oblivion Remastered.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for something like this anyway.
I'm having a problem with the spell. Installed OBSE version using OBMM, but when that didn't work I tried copying it to my Data folder. Still nothing. OBSE is running properly and I can't think of anything conflicting in the load order. I'm trying to use in Ancient Towers. Haven't tried anywhere else.
did you folks ever figure out a fix? If not, try to enable the other version (like, disable the obse and enable the other, or vice versa). fixed it for me.
the "lock in place - permenant" option keeps the item there for eternity and if i pick it up and drop it it returns to the same spot i first locked it in...so i cant move to a different spot even if i want to...no cool plz help man ?
I love this mod! I can finally decorate faster! Thanks. I installed the no-OBSE version in GOTY (with DLCs) and it worked without trouble It is quite intuitive to use.

The shopkeep refuses to go to his shop and thus it is never open for business and I cannot purchase the spells used within this mod.
Thank you.
