So I want to do this for Fallout 3 but there is no mod to help me. What config file does this mod edit? Is there a similar config file for Fallout 3? Where can I find it?
Just what i wanted, but i have found an annoying flaw.
Upon bringing up the menu after finishing watching my corpse (Esc), after i re-load and kill myself again, it cuts instantly to the load screen. No time to watch my corpse fall.
After i re-load again, and kill myself again, i am able to watch my corpse fall. Then i reload, repeat actions and the load screen instantly pops up etc. the cycle repeats.
Great mod, just Dled and tested it out it works perfectly with 360 death cam. And before some of you people (keyword: SOME) start bashing this guy for making a mod why dont you get out your oblivion box, pull out the instruction manual and read where it says press Escape to open the main menu. besides the noob comments i like the mod and looking forward to a mod compatible with this one where you can actually see what is done with your body after you croak. do you get dragged away by goblins, bandits? do you get put in the chapel undercroft? does your wife mourn, or scream: IM FREE. one of the many things i would like to know? thanks for the mod
I'm not saying that this mod sucks, I was quoting someone. Please read the rest of the post before jumping in and flaming people... sheesh.
Repeating what I said... ~ Is the game forcing you to wait for 16 hours after you die? No. Have you thought that you could simply open the menu yourself, and reload or exit Oblivion? Or of it completely disables the load/menu feature (which I hope it does not) you could always alt-f4
All this mod does is increase the time it takes for Oblivion to force a savegame load. It doesn't force you to do anything. ~

OMG this mod is for total geeky frikkin' n00bs who sit 24/7 in front of their pc and have no life. It would be great if you had made the loading screen take 20+ seconds than vanilla, but 16 hours? That just so totally sucks. "Uhh lets see what happens in the Imperial City if I die on the street and wait for 16 hours" lol --- I normally never post on here, but I felt I must speak up due to the sheer stupidity of this post.
