   @ibot_bob: Planet Elder Scrolls is free. They use Fileplanet but you only have to register, you don't have to pay. In a way, it's exactly like TESNexus.

   these are the thiefs tools (arsenal) but u can only get them in the hall cause this isnt official. does anyone no where i can get the real version for free. on planet elder scrolls none of their mods are free. (they use file planet for downloads)

   wow...umm the testing hall is only acquired by using the console option "coc testinghall". pretty dumb place to put your armor.

   Okay, we need more details. The link for Thief's armor is broken and all you said is it's in the testinghall. Where in the testinghall? Can't you put it Cyrodiil? Why isn't the readme any more detailed? You don't mention the required mods in the readme either.
