For my purposes this is the best mod out there. Why? It is a _perfect_ fit to the way I like to play.
The way I see it, magic's not supposed to be an easy thing. On the other hand hurting things with fists, clubs, arrows, and blades just feels natural. So does striking from the water and swimming quietly away afterward. ('S why I sometimes refer to Argonians as "Agonians" - they make bringing the pain easy.)
Losing about 80% of health to one hedge wizard's lightning bolt is, um, shocking, but the one-hit kills in return more than make up for it.So does the rare thrill when the computer puts a SA bandit in my way and I know that I actually have a fight on my hands.
