Version 1.2
Fixed Imperial Legion Soldiers spawning too frequently at Oblivion Gates at lower levels, and then disappearing entirely at higher levels. They now have a lower chance to spawn and become a less common sight as the player levels up and more types of Daedra are able to spawn at Oblivion Gates.
Renamed "LivingOblivionOverworld.esp" to "LivingOblivionOverworlds.esp" (sorry for the inconvenience to those who may have already made any patches). This is the first and likely last time any plugins from this mod will be renamed.
Version 1.1
Gave Hunters a faction.
Gave Mages Guild Field Researchers Steel instead of Iron daggers.
Added potential books and health potions to Mages Guild Field Researchers.
Removed unintended clutter loot from this mod's Beggars.
Removed potential helmets from Forgotten Miners and added a chance for them to carry an extra silver or gold nugget.
Lowered the spawn chances of this mod's Shivering Isles overworld spawns from 75 to 50%.
Weighed this mod's Shivering Isles overworld spawns in favor of the new NPCs (i.e., Felldew Addicts and Wood Elf Tricksters are more likely to spawn than existing enemy types, such as Heretics and Zealots).
Gave Felldew Addicts their own faction instead of using the existing quest-related one.
Removed chance for Felldew Addicts to carry Felldew (Felldew does nothing before the "Addiction" quest, which makes it jarring to discover and ingest the drug before the quest).
Added more potential loot to Skooma and Felldew addicts.
Made Wood Elf Tricksters friendly to each other.
Added a negative player disposition modifier to the Wood Elf Trickster faction (they were already hostile, but this makes it even harder for the player to make them yield and experience the infamous "I HAVE NO GREETING" bug).
Raised Wood Elf Trickster level by one and changed their class from Mage to Battlemage.
Changed the Wood Elf Trickster Drain spell to drain Athletics instead of Speed, preventing cases where actors would have their Speed reduced to zero, stopping them from moving entirely.
Expanded Wood Elf Trickster arsenal to include swords and staffs instead of just daggers.
Added potential health potions to Wood Elf Tricksters.
Renamed the Editor IDs of some of this mod's factions for the sake of consistency.
Made some minor cosmetic changes to some of this mod's NPCs.
Reduced the amount of potions carried by this mod's NPCs.
