I looked at that mod a month ago, but the comments thread is filled with bug reports, so I let Walker know about those comments. He said he'll take a look when he can, so I'm waiting for now to see if there's an update released.
EDIT Adding an update on my previous comment: Walker released an update fixing many bugs, and I then providing Walker with the voice files to include directly in the mod The Blackwood Company, so it's now voiced.
You're going hard with these, I wasn't even aware this mod was unvoiced. Do you take requests for new mods to add voices to? It would be super nice to finally have voices for these two. https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47657 https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/48292
I make no promises, but usually do take a look at requested mods. It does depend on how much dialogue a mod contains as using ElevenLabs costs real money, though I've received some donations recently which I've put straight back into modding. Also depends whether the comments for the mod imply it's unliked or filled with bugs (I'm less likely to bother if a mod is deemed to be broken or unenjoyable to play).
Nexus rules don't allow donations (either by PayPal or by DP) in exchange for services, a donation should be in recognition of the efforts a person has already provided to the community, not in expectation that a person will then create a mod or change content in an existing mod etc.
So while I'll happily receive a donation, it remains my choice what I do with that donation, there will be no obligation to voice a mod requested by the donator
