      No, "Stopping Time" is not in the scope of the mod

   Works great. Thanks a lot dejunai. This is a great idea. There are so many times when it's only ten or fifteen minutes till the shops open and there's the all important stroke of midnight you don't want to overshoot.
   This works good with SimpleHUDClock . SimpleHUDClock requires Pluggy but maybe OBSEx today could do the Pluggy functions.

   This is what OBSE is for. I think a .dll would be more trouble than it's worth unless you could hotkey console commands, that would be cool.

   Wow... works exactly as described... Hold down [Y] and time speeds up... Let go, time resumes normal speed... Where has this been for the past 25 years?  Double ENDORSE
