of course we have. these mods have seriously different purposes. sure they're both a form of cross referencing tool but mine is like specifically for NPCs and also doesn't need a selection it's just a big simple lookup table. also mine doesn't require OBSE, refscope does.

Honestly this but with RefID's would be nice, plus ones for mods, so often I find myself needing to summon an NPC from a mod but do not have their RefID. Wish there was a ref lookup command.
sorry man but it would probably not be possible. at least not in the way I made this book. I manually went through the TES Construction kit. Getting Ref IDs is a whole different storm.
If I may suggest, add more copies of this book, to Imperial Trading Company Office, Imperial Legion's Offices, Office of Imperial Commerce, maybe add a trader in the latter selling copies. Also, set the text to the left, since it'd be impossible for Imperials to write in the center like this without a computer.
