   I was curious about the collision problem and it looked like in lighthouse01.nif you just needed to keep the bottom part of the collision and remove the top part so I gave it a try with blender.

   FINALLY AFTER YEARS WE GOT ONE! Oh man if I ever met you IRL i'd give ya a big sloppy kiss on your mouth for making this mod; actual GOAT. My only question is if its compatible with mods like Navigable Niben River or Niben River Fix which open up the river. Other than that; we finally have peak modding.

      Leyawiin Docks Reborn is compatible with Niben River Fix, but is not compatible with Navigable Niben River.
