Not exactly needed, you can use the compass as standalone, but I edited it to fit this theme

Author notes
I didn't made the compass itself, only changed the saturation and added some transparency, so I don't feel like you should ask me for permission. HalfDead is the original author of this compass and he stated that no permission was needed to edit its files, only to credit him.

I wanted to try Oblivion for the first time and fell in love with the Oblivion Style mod for NorthernUI, but I didn't like the compass because it looked a bit too much like Skyrim. I then found the Imperial Theme mod, and liked a lot their compass, but wasn't a fan of the saturation and choice of colours.
As I know a thing or two about Krita (Free, Open Source alternative to Photoshop) I decided to change the Imperial Theme compass so that it would fit the Oblivion Style theme, and I've been playing with that since then.
I thought that someone might also have the same problem as me, so I decided to upload it for everyone to enjoy!
