I haven't been able to replicate your problem and have no idea what could be causing it besides load order issues. But I can bypass it with a manual placement mod for them.
I've since figured out it's only effecting my current save. They appear when starting a new game. It's not the biggest deal in the world, don't go out of your way to fix what's seemingly a very specific & temporary problem. But thank you for the consideration. That being said I wouldn't scoff at just being told the formIDs so my current save player can get the spells. But if you don't want to put that info here, again it's not a big deal.
Too late I made it already anyway, lol. I'm glad you figured out what was causing the bug, but the optional file will cover your bases without having to restart. Reverse-engineering the FormIDs for the spells looks like a ton of trouble, much more than just making an optional file. I'm sure some player with a pure-warrior build probably wants a flaming horse or something and doesn't want to level-grind conjuration.
I see. I know nothing about modding so I wouldn't have guessed retrieving the formID was the more difficult option 😅. But thanks man. & this hiccup aside, 10/10 mod.
Nobody has at least commented on your horse puns? You definitely deserve a round of applause for that: clop, clop, clop, clop, clop! Fab pics, great job.

Or maybe a misty one.
