Because some mod collections recommend it (OR with monkey/alex/NAO ENB), actually I found most of popular ENBs are compatible with OR, but I wanted to use the most updated ORC 194 version with ENB v0.5, then errors happened. Now I just use ORC, it's nice, too.
Also, I find that when I use ORC and enb together, the indoor light is always darker, and adjusting the enb gamma curve just distorts the colors, so I only use ORC now. Of course, this is not to say that your enb preset is not good, thank you for your dedication to the mod community.
Most interesting is that he incorporated ENBoost into the Oblivion ENB. So ENB for Oblivion finally has proper memory management like OR has had for years.
