Adds calm, frenzy, and demoralize effects that can target the player, without interfering with player agency.

This mod adds three magic effects for modders to use.

Requires Av Latta Magicka, and by extension oblivion magic extender.
(One day I will release a mod that doesn't require ALM... but that day is not today.)

Each effect is tied to an existing illusion effect.
These scripts cause damage to the player based on the spell magnitude. The damage can be mitigated by preforming actions and behaviors matching the type :

Frenzy Damage -  Damage over time; Attacking mitigates damage.  

Demoralize Damage - Damage over time; making distance from caster mitigates damage.

Calm Damage - Any time the player attacks or casts a (non-self) spell, damage is inflicted. 

These effects deal damage rather than directly taking control away from the player, to preserve player agency. When affected, the player must make a choice - submit to the illusion to avoid damage, or reject the illusion and endure the damage.

These spells effects do nothing when cast against an NPC. In other words, to have a fully functional illusion spell for an npc, it should have both the standard effect as well as its "damage" counterpart.

Command was not included, as encouraging the player to only attack allies isn't really possible if the player has no allies present, so in practice it would just end up as Calm 2.
