One of the titles Azura is called with is "Mother of the Rose", so I thought her shrine should reflect that. It is no more just a statue with two benches, but an enchanted rose garden, an hidden lush gem in the cold emptiness of the Jerall Mountains, forever kept warm by Azura's benevolent influence. Her worshippers are also now dressed with more refined clothes.
It is cleaned with TESEdit.
INSTALLATION
Drop the content of the archive in your Data folder, then activate "Shrine of the Mother of the Rose.esp".
Or use your favourite mod manager.
UNINSTALLATION
Uncheck "Shrine of the Mother of the Rose.esp", then delete it along with these:

INCOMPATIBILITIES
The only one I'm aware of is with the recent Daedric Shrine Addition: objects get buried no matter which mod is loaded after.
ISSUES
I don't think it's possible to permanently change a single cell's climate without interfering with the whole region's, but I would happily accept suggestions from someone more experienced than me. For know, to avoid snowing in the garden, use this console command for a clear weather: fw 38eee.
