FROM RIVERS TO THE DEADLANDS - THE PITS

Introduction

This mod slightly changes the Atmosphere of the Realm of Peryite, AKA The Pits. The idea is to make that Oblivion World to look like a different Realm of a different Daedra, not another full copy of the Deadlands of Mehrunes Dagon. To make this project whole in this direction, it will still need some work, including meshes and textures of ruins exclusive from the Taskmaster and his world, but I decided to release it as a 1.0 since more radical changes can help to break the immersion of some players and another changes in this direction will be added just as different versions of a already complete mod.

What it changes?

The weather is taken off from that heavily red storm to a cloudy and heavy fog that have day and night;

Lava is changed to a water of a bronze color and the lava clouds are changed to a gas cloud in exterior and interiors;

Lighting is changed in the interiors trying to pass a different atmosphere;

The name of the Realm is properly named from 'Realm of Peryite' to 'The Pits'.

What is the 'From Rivers to the Deadlands' Project?

The 'From Rivers to the Deadlands' is a project that aims to rework Cyrodiil and the Oblivion Realms from the game, trying to add immersion and new content; work on existing mods of other provinces to make them fully integrated with the events, scale and the design of the work seen in the base game, and; build new provinces out of Cyrodiil.

Today, the Work in Progress projects of the FRD Team are:

FRD Leyawiin
FRD Falkreath

Both are far from the ideal for being released even as a demo or Alpha version, but screenshots of the first can be seen here in my profile and the second one will get the same treatment soon. If the answer to this mod or the idea of the future releases be nice, I should make a forum or channel to those interested to help or just to follow new updates. For now, anyone interested to help in any way can get me a message in the Nexus forum that we can see how to make it work.
