A new closed chainmail helmet. Added to leveled lists and with enchanted variants (non-replacer, co-exists with the vanilla chainmail helmet).

Changelogs
Version 1.03
Fixed missing inventory icon.
Version 1.02
Final, even better normal maps, all the mesh flags and boring stuff are proper and clean. I am too much of a perfectionist for my own good so this is hopefully the final update for this helmet.
Version 1.01
New normal maps, fixed degenerate normals, adjusted file names and model paths for consistency with my AIO closed helmet project.
Version 1.00
Initial.
Adds a closed helmet (non-replacer, added to leveled lists and with distributed enchanted variants) to the chainmail set. Part of my series to add a closed helmet to every 'mineral' or 'metal' material armor in the game. I contemplated giving chainmail a great helmet, but felt that'd be too boring and went with a more JRPG-esque design, or like something you'd see in Japanese Wizardry games or Japanese MMOs.
Stats are on par with the vanilla chainmail helmet, but its distribution is 2 levels higher (level 10 compared to the open chainmail helmet which appears at level 8). If you want an early-game boost, the helmet and a full chainmail set can be found at level 1 in the Amelion Family Tomb.
