Warrior's power could be a "Warcry" that demoralizes enemies in range at the cost of Personality (instead of Endurance), Atronach's power should cost Strenght (instead of Personality) and Steed's power should cost Endurance (instead of Strenght, which btw determines encumbrance)
If you're talking about the popup after clicking the download button, that's normal Nexus behaviour. You can't set up requirements for specific files, only for the whole mod.

PS: UOP for stars spells add flag "Disallow Spell Absorb/Reflect" but you remove it, is that planed ?
It shouldn't prompt you with requirements anymore if you download the vanilla version, as there are none
