This mod adds a small clothing store to Chorrol called The Tower's Cloak, located in an abandoned watch tower in Chorrol's town wall.
The store opens around 8-9AM and closes at 6PM. It's run by a nice high elf lady called Hulin.
The store comes with her own private quarters and a basement on the store grounds.
Although The Tower's Cloak looks very cozy, it hides a dark secret. If you look around, you might just find it...

Will probably conflict with Better Cities.
