Just for information...consoling into the rosethorn hall before it is furnished yields NOTHING. It is not there. Have yet to try other variants
actually I stand corrected. I found the ring. too much gold though ... you could buy EVERYTHING in the game with that much gold and once you pick it up even if you uninstall the mod ... the gold is going to stay.
Yes, I noticed that myself when I uninstalled my own mod, the gold does stay. I don't know how to remove it after uninstalling the mod. If there is a way to do that, then I'll incorporate it into my mod. I have limited skills within the construction set.
I admit I only downloaded the mod to get the ring for taking better screenshots and videos. That combined with wrye bash camera tweaks for 10x zoom out, then I can show all the cells loaded around the character without the character being seen.
I would not play with that mod and on this playthrough not owning that house, so I left the money and the loot and just took the ring. There isn't a way to do that, but not sure what the need of THAT much cash is? I mean have fun and by everything in every shop, you are up front - it is a cheat mod. The only way I know to make gold separable is to use a mod that turns gold into an inventory item.
The only thing that is odd in my game is that the character seems to get damaged taking the ring off? Not sure what that is about but it does make screenshot taking weird if I suddenly want character in shot or if taking video instead ... but only a problem is if using another mod that has the character flying then they jerk around like crazy.
The part I struck above is not about this mod. I was thinking of Alternative Beginnings which allows ownership of the that house in skingrad from the beginning. Apologies ... probably still not clear. Basically the ring was the valuable part, but since it damages the character to remove it....wasn't fitting my needs.

I've made a new version. V1.3 but that one is without the Chameleon enchantment, just as you requested. Have fun!
