Fast Patch changing Ruined Shrine location to resolve the conflict with Eastbrink town.

Description

I relocated the shrine with dremora and the chest to the nearest coast and slightly repainted a layout among the shrine's objects.
Map Marker
--------------------------
I've also changed position of map marker to reflect the relocation change. It may be an issue if you have opened the previous location's position on your map. It may cause a save bloat as far as I know but there were no possibilities to make it in other way. So be sure to not open the original position of map marker "Ruined Shrine" before you install this patch if you want to play it alongside Eastbrink town.
