I've reinstalled this and the game like 15 different times. used wyre bash and installed it manually with OUT and with nothing but can't for the life of me get this or any of the others to work. What could I possibly be doing wrong?
It may just be me but the optional file Golden Dagger for Weapon Improvement Project didn't work with the path. textures/weapons but it did work with textures/InsanityWeapons.
There was a similar question in my glass armor mod.
>Make sure you don't use the armor replacer with a non-vanilla texture path, after that unpack manually with the replacement in the data folder if you have problems. But I would advise you to install mods through wrye bash. If you are using Oblivion Upscaled Textures make sure you put Blue Glass after OUT.
This didn’t help, but reloading the saves is probably an option, try, put on/take off/throw away/take/wait, I don’t know how this can help, but try. Perhaps the problem is ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated, I don’t know.

Could you please also make an additional replacer which replaces Legion and townguard armors with this? It would kinda' have a Nilfgaard Empire look, which would be pretty neat for Cyrodiil, imo.
