Welcome to the 58th installment to my Oblivion Immersion Series.  In the last (finally) of my Settlements of Cyrodiil plugins, Blackwood Plantation adds the eponymous plantation to the northeastern shore of Blackwood along the Niben Bay.  Part of its purpose is to better reflect the Imperial colonization of Blackwood.  So this manor reflects the exploitation of the beastfolk as agricultural labor by the wealthy land-owning Imperials.  Turns out Elsweyr ceding territory to Cyrodiil would be bad for the natives.  Who knew? 

The local lord acts as a skill trainer and he, along with his wife, is marked as essential.  The other NPCs are for flavor.  The two major crops are rice and moonsugar.  Both are mentioned in the lore as major crops in Cyrodiil and the warm, wet climate of Blackwood is perfect for both.  Moonsugar is harvestable and yields the same moonsugar added by Roving Renrijra Krin.
