Tweaks - Han Race (Beautiful People version) by Flatmop
Requires the mods Han Beautiful People by Modzillaz and Beautiful People v2dot7 by MidnightVoyager.
It makes the Han custom race more balanced and improves compatibility with Unofficial Elder Scrolls Patch.
Summary of changes
The main change to the attributes is to increase the Speed attribute while keeping the total number of attribute points equal to 320, matching the vanilla races. The reason for this change is that the Han are the shortest humanoid race in the game, in fact they are even smaller than Wood Elves. Since movement speed is calculated by the game as being proportional to the height of the character, this also resulted in the Han being the slowest moving in the game, which feels totally wrong for a Ronin type character build for example. I have now made the Han females in particular among the fastest, largely at the expense of the Strength attribute owing to their smaller physical stature.
This mod has been cleaned with TES4Edit.
Installation
Install using Vortex or Wrye Bash. The plugin "Asian Race.esp" over-writes the one from "Asian Race ~ The Han". Only check the "Asian Race.esp" plugin from this mod. Ensure that Han Beautiful People and Beautiful People v2dot7 are installed as meshes from those mods are required.

- Removes tutorial quest dialogue skipping. An old work-around to avoid the problem with custom races not being able to progress past the tutorial quest, now made redundant by UESP which adds catch-all voiced dialogue for non-vanilla races so I removed it.
- Han race Magicka bonus reduced from +100 to +50, in line with Bretons.
- Han race Resist Magic, Resist Poison and Resist Disease abilities all reduced to 25 magnitude each.
- Female voice type changed from Imperial to Redguard.
