This mod is for players that have already completed the Shivering Isles main quest. Feel free to open the spoiler even if you haven't, I'm not your dad.

I have the power to turn everyone here to cheese, yet they get angry when I punch them?! What is this ridiculous behavior? I know I'M mad, but even I wouldn't want to get on my bad side... because I am Sheogorath!
After completing the main quest and becoming the Mad Prince, you no longer have any real consequences for being a bit naughty in your own realm. Whenever you surrender to the guards on The Shivering Isles, you'll go along with the dance and show they put on. They'll take you to prison, put you in that cute outfit, give you a lockpick for some reason, and let you keep all your stuff and gold!
It's a beautiful play, really. They get to play like they have power, and you get to exercise ALL your power! Truly a symbiotic relationship. HA!
"Going to Jail," or "paying the fine" will just give you all your stuff back and set your crime to 0. You still go to jail, though.
