   Hi, to make sure that attacking the training NPC does not raise bounty, this NPC must not belong to any faction that is not marked "evil".

      Thank you for this information! I just made that change and the NPC no longer gives a bounty, this bug fix will be part of the next update.

      I havent made a mod for Oblivion in about 12 years, so its been really fun for me to go back and do some of the things I couldnt figure out back then. xOBSE is amazing haha
