Adds seven "Magickal Augments" for Primary Attributes.
Adds four weaponized augments which confer lesser powers.
The Two Magicka augments fortify or restore magicka through abilities.
The Health augment restores health with an ability.
The Seven Augments add +2 to an attribute, one for each.
The four weaponized augments are life, fire, frost, and shock damage at moderate strength.
The fortify magicka augment adds +20 to your magicka pool, restore magicka adds 3 magicka per second.
The Fortify Health augment restores +2 points of health per second.
For now, it's marked as a quest item, because it's surgically added to you.
I will either find a way of removing them through dialogue, or simply publish item codes.
Prices vary, the stats are 2000, magickas are 5000 and 20000, weaponized is 25000, health is 35000.
