I've modified the AIO patch to be compatible with the OOO version of Improved Chests for use in the Heroes of Kvatch addon. (There's also several other mods with compat patches for OOO). May I send you the modified version for anyone who wants to use the OOO compatibility patches with R+HoK?

Did you use the 4GB Patcher Tool? The instructions are included on the first tab "Description". After Using it start the game always with Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE). Otherwise, it won't start.
Note to VegasStephen, When I installed this collection, I cancelled Vortex version of OBSE and allowed the collection to complete the process as instructed. The OBSE in the collection package failed to install. There was an error in the DL I didn't save a note as it was 5 days ago now, but my work around was simply DL the Vortex version of OBSE, allowed Vortex to install from file, then directed the dashboard tool in Vortex to the OBSE's exe located in Steam Game folder. Started up no trouble. Well just the normal occasional random CTD, but that's Oblivion.
I recently tried downloading this collection and i followed the instructions (although for come reason I had to clean up a lot of cyclical cycles). I got through the entire prologue and got outside, and the waters textures were screwed up. It made it a matte blue color and in some areas was invisible. Do you guys know if the "AveSithis Engine Fixes" mod would possibly fix this issue. I tried everything else I've seen in forums and I cant seem to get a definitive solution.
Really like the collection but I have 1 problem. When using nighteye many objects have an intense yellow glow. even through walls. Any idea what's going on and how I can fix that?
First - I appreciate the hard work putting a package like this together requires. And, assuming that I correctly installed the collection through Vortex 3x now, most of my NPCs are still bald, though facial hair is present. Sometimes it appears that an NPC is wearing a toupe only to have it disappear a second or two later. Any idea what I've got to do to fix that?
I've noticed (at least for me) it's related to lighting. Outside all npcs and myself are bald, inside it depends on the light from the windows, really odd.
Hello! I can't believe I am using Vortex! It's admitedly very easy with a premium account. Also, I was wondering. Would adding Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul hurt stability? Or better yet. Should I really need to add it?
It would cause stability issues without patching. It is a good fit for the collection, however. In time I will create an add on collection with MOO in it. But its a ways out yet
I can't believe how good it looks.. the colours. The trees.. the Oblivion beauty. Thankyou for assembling this mod collection. This a well optimised and.. something I haven't thought possible. I see why people love vortex now. It comes with a ram optimisation. When I saw this. I knew there would be soiling of the pants. I will let you know if I encounter any issues. I've added the mods, NorthernUI with lootmenu and imperial theme with the patch. Oh and My Grey Prince ^^
For some reason the video settings will not save in game and revert to the same settings no matter if I change them in the launcher or in game. I can't set antialiasing or turn HDR off as when I reload they are just set back to the same values, even if I change them in the Launcher
