Hey, I'm using MO2 and just want to check here to make sure - is it absolutely necessary to install the original AULIAS and this Script Patch separately? Or can I just extract the original AULIAS and replace the .esp from that with this Script Patch .esp (and obviously rename it so it overwrites properly), then just add it back to an archive and install with MO2?
It's best to leave it separate, but with Wrye Bash i'st completely merge-able into the bash patch and will not count against you mod count. I don't know if it the same with MO2
Thanks for the answer. I did end up just installing them separately with MO2, although it does increase the Active Mod count since they both contain .esp files. Seems to be working well so far tho.
i have permission to post my update to this mod which i added more of my mods to the level list update script. I'm still do a little more testing though just to make sure my edits work.
I learned from the comments in the original mod that the items won't auto level up if they're inside a container, but do they retroactively auto level up when you take them out of the container at a higher level, or do you have to have them in your inventory when you level up?
Apologies for not replying for so long because I didn't expect you'd reply on the same day. The issue appeared to be on the load order which I corrected with OBMM.
@Esch1lus Use the old version 1.1 file in optional files. But keep in mind that this old version 1.1 file doesn't give AULIAS support to the mod-added items from other mods, like the main file does.
I got the necromancer's amulet, and it gave me 2 of them. One was a normal one, and one autoupdated... moments later the 2nd one updated, and now I have 2 updated amulets.. Cool, until i went to give them to the archmage, and the game doesn't recognize them as the quest item... but it still wont let me drop or sell them either. strange.

do all leveled items now level with the player (such as the order swords and crystal staves i mean they are replaced by better variants at higher levels ie the order sword at levels 1-3 is a tarnished order sword and at level 20+ it's a perfect order sword that counts as a leveled item right?) i looked and didn't see these on the list of items that are auto updated (there's also 2 variants of cyrstal staves (both leveled) ones used by grummites in a better mouse trap and can't be kept and the ones used by the preists of order that can be kept)
