Wow, you have all versions of localisations and use it for this mod - looks like hard work! But a question came up. How could peole of Nyrn understand each other? If Daedric Lords speaking French and dremoras go russian - it's a problem) most of our peple have no frenship with languages - they barely can use their own) Idea is intresting, but strange... I was searching english version with russian subtitles too long (russian localisation is awful, really - I hate it, especially dremora's voise, you can trust me), so will not use mod but anyway, your efforts are commendable. I'm from Russia so please sorry for mistakes - our punctuation have another rules, and I have no expirience for using English :(
Shouldn´t Nords speak swedish, Imperials italian, Woodelf scotish, Dunmer german, Khajit spanish/indonesian, Redguard arabic/moroccan and Argonians modern mayan?? joking off course, but yeah some of your choices strike as weird to me. I could accept french for Altmer, the other two? def not
I don´t know, I like this idea, but it seems very limited, you didn´t even used italian and spanish and the game exist in those versions (although as a Spaniard myself is true the spanish translation is not completed it´s stll around 75% of the dialogue texts). And with steam version you can use any version which I assume means anyone with a steam version of Oblivion has access to all official languages.
Dremora using Russian though... yeah I buy that. (Sheogorath is a daedric prince, he should speak russian as well)
Wow, what a fascinating idea! This really needs some videos to show us what it's like to use this mod. Though this is one of the rare cases where I'm willing to just download and take a look.

The whole concept really does make the world feel more open and dynamic.
