About this mod

A town on the blue road west of Cheydinhal with a farm, small chapel, fighters' guild smith/lodging & mages' guild lodging (merchants, spells, repair, recharge). Town Hall serves as a general store. There is a house for sale at 36,912. You can learn a spell that teleports you to the town (Myst. Lv. 50). Cleaned w/ TESedit, should be UL compatib

Town Hall
Public area, open 24/7 (though shop services are only offered from 9am to 6pm). Azanir is a general trader selling a variety of goods, including the deed to Bluethorn Abode.

Bluethorn Abode
The Player House, with a base price of 36,912 gold. Comes with an alchemical station, 2 beds, quite a bit of storage and display, a nice assortment of books, and altars of enchanting and spellmaking (initially disabled - re-enter the house through the main door after gaining access to the arcane university, and they'll appear). Basement has more display and storage. There is a door on L2 that leads to an external balcony - you can see the white-gold tower from there.

Mages' Guild Lodging
Provides a free bed for Mages Guild members who stop by. The 2 mages running the place sell spells and magical/alchemical wares, and offer recharging services. There's also a magicka essence fountain that recharges your magicka.

Fighters' Guild Lodging
Provides a free bed for Fighters Guild members who stop by. The 2 fighters running the place sell equipment and offer repair services. 

Countryside Chapel
Comes with an altar (obviously). The priest sells a standard array of restoration & conjuration spells.

Altered Transitus Shrine
Activating the shrine grants you a new teleportation spell, which will instantaneously transport you to the shrine when cast. Does not work indoors, in the planes of oblivion, or during important quests (mostly but not fully idiot-proof; don't use this spell when you're obviously not supposed to!). Requires journeyman in mysticism to use, and has a base cost of 50 Magicka.

Farm
It's a vegetable and sheep farm.

Knollview (Blades Safehouse)
Inaccessible until you join the Blades; spell merchant sells master-level spells, including 10 custom spells that are significantly cheaper to cast than equivalent custom spells (in addition, some have magnitudes/durations/combinations that exceed spellmaking limits). You can only use these services if you are a Blade. L1 of the house comes with a bed and 3 safe containers (near/next to the bed - they are middle-class furniture, easily distinguishable from the other containers [which do respawn]). Elsewhere on Level 1, there is a respawning chest containing a few potions.

Ollaryn's House
Only cat burglars (TG) may enter. Ollaryn the fence has 2,000 barter gold.

All NPCs have full daily schedules, including guards that patrol the settlement 24/7. This mod only alters 4 external cells: 24,20 / 25,20 / 24,19 / 25,19 and should be compatible with unique landscapes.
